I forgot to mention last night's knitting discovery. The secret baby present for Mandipants' upcoming tot is being knit on size 1 needles. I thought I was working with size 2s. The psychological impact of that information on me has been astounding. Now, when my hands ache after an hour or two of knitting, i UNDERSTAND why! I'm knitting with sport weight yarn on needles way too teensy. I'm torturing myself.
I'm not stopping either.
It's gorgeous.
